The work, the fee, and what we won’t promise.

Get Stoked LLC (“Stoked”), getstokedhq.com. This is a draft for counsel. It is not the final contract. Your invoice or written agreement wins if they disagree. Questions: hello@getstokedhq.com.

What you’re buying

Stoked makes ad campaigns, social posts, and branding from content you already have, plus a scorecard on your numbers. You can buy Ignition or the Retainer on the site through Stripe. Client tools are invite-only.

Ignition is $3,000, eight weeks, once. The Retainer is $2,000 a month, month to month, no minimum. They're separate services. Buying one doesn't require or include the other. Other plan names and prices, if we add them, go on your invoice before you pay. Nothing here is a new price.

No guaranteed result

We don’t promise a dollar outcome, a multiple, or a percent lift. The scorecard shows your numbers. That’s the record. Fees are owed whatever the results.

Your accounts

You own the Meta account, the Shopify store, and the Search Console property. You launch the ads, unless a written agreement says otherwise. We don’t spend your budget. You choose what you share, and you can remove our access anytime. We don’t take the spend.

Your content

You own what we deliver for your brand. You confirm you have the right to the footage, photos, and copy you send us. We don’t use your files for another brand.

Paying, canceling, and stopping

Stripe processes payment. Invoices are due on receipt. The Retainer is billed monthly in advance and charged automatically to the card on file. A split Ignition is $1,500 before kickoff and $1,500 due 7 days before week 5. Prices don’t include sales tax, which is added where it applies. Work already done stays billed. If you disconnect, we stop pulling numbers.

Limits

We aren’t liable for your ad results, platform outages, or decisions you make in Ads Manager. Our liability, if a dispute is about the service itself, is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement. Governing law is whatever your agreement names. If it names none, we’ll add it before Connect goes live. Don’t treat this page as legal advice.
