We read the numbers. We don’t take the spend.

This note is for founders we work with. After you pay, the welcome form sends us your business name, contact details, domain, store URL, social handles, ad link, offer, and asset link. You can also share Meta and Shopify access through their own partner and collaborator tools. You pick what to share and can remove it anytime. Our one-click Connect isn't live yet.

Only after you connect, and only what that button asks for:

• Meta ad insights: spend, clicks, click rate, purchases, cost per purchase, and which ad those numbers belong to.
• Shopify order counts, and the fields we need to check purchases. Not your customer list.
• Google Search Console: queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click rate, and average position.
• The email on your account, and files you upload for cuts.

Stripe handles the card. We never see the number.

We don’t ask for permission to create, edit, or pause ads, change budgets, or edit your store. We don’t take passwords, recovery codes, or anything that lets us spend your budget. Tokens stay encrypted. Nobody on the team, including the founder, sees the raw key. A sync service uses it only to pull the metrics, then drops it from memory.

Doing the work you bought: ads, posts, and your scorecard. Keep what sold. Take down what went quiet. Creatives come from your content. We don’t sell the data. We don’t run ads for other brands with it. We don’t train models on it.

Cloudflare hosts the site. Stripe takes payment. Formspree delivers our site forms. Calendly handles booking, and we don’t store the appointment on this site. Email goes out through the address we use to send a scorecard. If a creative needs a generative tool, we only use one whose terms let us keep your content out of training. We’ll name each vendor on this page before a real client connects. We don’t have that list locked yet.

Disconnect anytime from the portal, once Connect is on. That revokes our access and deletes the stored token. You can also email hello@getstokedhq.com and ask us to delete what we hold after the work ends. How long we keep metrics after that is still being set with a lawyer. Until then, we keep them only while we’re working together and for the books.

Stoked’s use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Search Console data is used to show you your own search numbers. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for ads.
